I am Lin Van Craenenbroeck.

I am a  Belgian born artist, who moved to Raglan, NZ in August 2006.

Being a professional window-dresser for 15 years, I have always been fascinated by bringing colors, shapes and different materials together.

Inspired by Spanish artist Gaudi and being like a creative volcano myself, ready to erupt, I decided to explore the wonders and possibilities of the arts of mosaic.

Excited by the elements of nature, I combined recycled treasures like old china together with ceramic tiles and created a colourful unique style.

Through my mum and granddad, who both were dressmakers, I discovered that mosaic-art is not only about ceramic pieces.

So mosaic-style wearable art was born.
